Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, processing may take a little longer. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and other events outside our control can affect delivery.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required.

Where We Ship

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not accept international orders at this time.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order. You can check the status of your order at any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address, or in My Account if you have an account.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before your order ships. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or it arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will help sort it out with the carrier. For damaged items, please include a photo of the item and the packaging.
