Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
  • In their original condition, with all original tags attached
  • Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair and odors
  • Returned with all parts included, such as belts or matching pieces from a set

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or sent back to you.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@uptowngirlbc.com or use our Contact Us form within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for your return.
  3. We will review your request and reply with return instructions.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely and send them back as instructed.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process returns we were not expecting.

Reason for Return

We ask every customer to provide a valid reason for a return or refund request, such as the wrong size, the wrong item received, or an item that arrived damaged or defective. This helps us process your request and improve our products.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether it has been approved. Approved returns are processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We will make it right.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us. We will let you know the best way to get you the item you want.
