How do I place an order?

Choose your item, pick your size, and click Add to Cart. When you are ready, go to your cart and follow the steps at checkout.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account to save your details, track orders and keep a wishlist.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. See our Payment Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders within 1–2 business days, so we can only change or cancel an order before it ships.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after that.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States.

How can I track my order?

Use our Track Your Order page with your order number and email address.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to request a return. Items must meet our return conditions, and you will need to give a reason for the return. See our Return & Refund Policy.

How long do refunds take?

Returns are processed within 7 business days of approval. The refund goes back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@uptowngirlbc.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

How do I find my size?

Check the product description for fit details. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us and we will be happy to help.

Will an item be restocked?

Some items are restocked and some are limited. Add the item to your wishlist or join our newsletter to hear about new arrivals and restocks.
